With over 30 years of experience in real estate, investments, and financial coaching, I’ve built my career around one core mission: helping people take control of their financial future.

My journey began in 1999 when I purchased my first investment property. That experience opened my eyes to the power of passive income and financial independence. Soon, I found myself helping friends improve their credit, manage debt, and build solid financial foundations. Through personalized strategies, I helped them increase their credit scores by over 100 points and save $20,000–$30,000 within just nine months.

That passion led me to become a licensed real estate agent in 2004, where I built five successful real estate teams and closed over 380 cash-out refinance transactions as a mortgage loan originator across 13 states. Over the years, I’ve developed expertise in team management, real estate marketing, sales coaching, and contract negotiation. But above all, I’ve remained committed to empowering others with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve financial freedom.

As a third-generation military veteran, service and integrity are in my DNA. My grandfather fought in WWII, my father served in Vietnam, and I proudly served in the U.S. Navy Active Duty from 1987 to 1990, continuing as a reservist until 1993. These experiences shaped my leadership style and reinforced my commitment to helping people navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.
